DIAG LED can be found near the USB connector.

Rare Flashes ECU NOT Powered. USB Connected.
On ECU Powered.
Data Transfer Datalogging or Programming ECU.
Blinking Fast RAM or MCU Fault.
Blinking Slowly

HL1 (red) and HL2 (blue) LEDs can be found near the USB connector.

Normal operation when not connected to KPro Manager.

  • Ignition ON and USB Disconnected
  • Ignition OFF and USB Connected
Blinking Slowly On

KPro Manager communicating with the KPro Board normally. (Dataloging or Programming not Active)

Blinking Fast On

KPro Manager Datalogging from ECU.

On On

KPro Manager Programming ECU.

On Flashing

Fault with programmer board.

Off Off

If the ignition is ON, then there is a fault with the programmer board or ECU socketing.
