Avoid getting soldering flux on ECU connectors CN101 and CN4 — when heated, it can form a film that breaks contact and prevents ECU connection.
If connecting or programming errors occur after installation, inspect the solder joints and clean the contacts with a paper knife.

Solder CN101 and CN4 connectors from kit to ECU.
Drill hole for USB. Install PreCAN board with supplied screws.
